We're hosting the 2021 Palmer Lake Wine Festival and we’d love for you to bring your food truck! Our inaugural year (2019) was amazing! We sold over 850 tickets, had 16 participating wineries, and 4 food trucks. 

 

This year we'll be hosting the festival on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in beautiful Palmer Lake, Colorado.

We need 5-6 food trucks to feed 1,500 guests! 

 

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?

1. Easy in, easy out! You can drive on the grounds and we'll have PLENTY of awesome volunteers to assist as needed. 

2. One of the biggest complaints we heard in 2019 was terrible cell reception to run credit cards. We've already solved this! We secured an internet provider as a sponsor who will provide high-speed PRIVATE WIFI for our vendors!

3. Free ice, LOTS of water, and electricity upon request. 

4. Beautiful views. 

 

VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS

1. We ask that all food trucks provide a $150 deposit to ensure attendance and participation. This will be fully refunded after the event. Click the link below to pay your deposit. Your spot will not be held until we receive your deposit

2. You must provide your own insurance and all of your licenses and tax liability must be up-to-date and in good standing. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. 

 

Festival hours are 12pm-5pm (VIP noon-1pm, General Admission 1pm-5pm). You will be expected to arrive no later than 10am and remain for the duration of the festival. You are responsible for paying applicable special event sales tax to El Paso County; the Town of Palmer Lake does not collect sales tax.
